We are an online store and have a physical store. From the warehouse and distribution center, all orders are shipped.

Do you sell to wholesalers?

Yes we do business to business'. If you are interested in us as a supplier feel free to contact us.

If I purchase large quantities, can I get a discount?

Yes, outside the regular operation we offer discounts for wholesalers. For information, contact us!

Ordering and prices

My payment was not processed on my status report?

The processing of a payment may take several days. That's because banks have a number of days needed to transfer the money to process.

What do you do with my personal data?

The data you enter when you place an order with us is kept in our database. We are aware that your data this is strictly confidential. Your data is NOT available to third parties. They are intended only to process your order.

Are the prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT.

How do I know you have received my order?

After you have ordered we will send you an confirmation email of your order. Here you can find again the order amount, ordered by you, your name, shipping address and payment instructions. We NEVER ship until payment is received.

Shipping and Delivery / Pick Up

What are the shipping and handling?

We calculate the DPD, DHL, TNT or PostNL shipping charge for shipping, packaging, and handling of your order.

If I order multiple products, shipping costs remain the same then?

No we charge the shipping price as from DPD, DHL, TNT or PostNL by total weight for shipping, packing and processing of  your order.

If I place an order how long does it take before I receive this?

At the time the order is received and your payment processed we will send your order usually within two business days. After this it depends on TNT when your package is delivered. Whenever possible you will receive a track and trace code from us

The shipping is discreet, what's on the package?

We will send your order discreetly and carefully in a neutral package. As the sender you will only see our holding name (SixtyNine) and return zip code. Nobody sees (incl. the postman) what's in the package as we ship in closed boxes.

Who delivers the packets?

Our packages are delivered by DPD, DHL, TNT or PostNL or your local post company. This happenes between 8:00 and 18:00. If you are not at home, leave a message after the delivery of reporting a new delivery date or address of the post office where you can pick up your purchase.

Can I order another delivery address?

It is possible to have your order delivered to another  specified delivery address, which is different than the billing address.

Can I influence the delivery time?

All packages are sent with DPD, DHL, TNT or PostNL, We therefore have no influence on the time of delivery to the customer. If you're not home the first time at time of delivery, TNT will leave a message for you. This allows you to pick up the package at the nearest TNT or local postoffice. In case of a Dutch address you can use our "Easy Pack" service. This service allows the package to be delivered to one of the 2,100 service points in Netherlands, and then you can pick it up yourself. This can be also in the  evening.

Is it possible to pick my order up at SixtyNine?

Yes, this is possible. This, however, only by appointment. The order needs to be paid in advance or  paid by cash in the store. Pin is not possible. If you want to take your order, please indicate this when you order in Step 1 of 3 in the order process on the webstore.


How can I pay?

There are several ways to pay, namely: Paypa, iDeal, Bank Credit Card (VISA / MasterCard), Sofort, check, cash and Skrill.


Pay using online banking with ABN Amro, Postbank or Rabobank via "iDEAL". IDEAL allows you trusted, secure and easy online purchases. You pay in your trusted online banking. So please feel free to use iDEAL or one of our several platforms, without notification. For more information on iDEAL

Credit Card

You pay with your VISA or Master Card. This is no problem.


COD, you pay the postman. Often you have already within 1-2 days in the house. The extra cost for shipping COD can be paid to the postman. If you live in Belgium, you can not use this payment option.
